Residential Solar PV

As a villa owner in Dubai. Residents can now install solar pv panels on the flat roof areas of their villas and generate usable electricity. These panels are connected to the MDB (Main distribution board) of the villa. The solar electricity generated is up to 70% cheaper than DEWA grid power, therefore reducing and even zeroing monthly bills. As surplus solar power is fed back to the grid, there are no requirements for expensive batteries. DEWA will even credit your account with the power you send back. Capital Expenditure

Stage payments throughout the process. Client owns the system and takes 100% of the savings generated from the 1st day the system is commissioned.

Lease Option

There is no up-front cost to the client. The client will receive a discount on their DEWA bill. However, the client does not own the system, the lease term is flexible - typically 15-25 years.

Lease to Own

The client can utilise the savings that the solar system generates to pay for the capital expenditure cost. Typical term is 5 years thereafter the client owns the system.
